Flavour Profile
The finest Pinot Noir flavor encompasses intricate notes of cherry, raspberry, mushroom, forest floor, along with hints of vanilla and baking spice when matured in French oak.
Region
Pinot Noir is best suited in cooler climate regions of Elgin and Hemel-en-Aarde. Durbanville, Franshoek and Stellenbosch have produced elegant Pinot Noirs.
